Delivery and shipping

- All orders are shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 working days to all regions of Saudi Arabia.

- If the customer requests to change the location of receiving the shipment, the receipt date will be delayed and increased from one to 3 additional days depending on the status of the receiving location to which the change is requested.

- On holidays and special occasions, there may be a delay in the delivery of shipments by shipping companies, and Saga is not responsible for that.

Exchange and return policy

When purchasing from the Saga website

1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and processed within 10 to 45 days Depending on the bank that issued the credit card.

2. 15 days to return Customer must request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.

3. All returns must be in good condition with original tag

4. In case of discounts, exchanges are only made within 15 days of delivery.

5.Door to door delivery and return/exchange services are available.

6. Return shipping cost will be paid directly by SAGA.

Cases in which the product can be returned:

• The wrong product was sent by the merchant. • The product is defective. • The product was damaged during shipping. • The product has been tampered with.

In the event of receipt from one of our branches

The sold goods are returned within one day and replaced within 3 days from the date of purchase printed on the invoice.

You must bring the original invoice for your purchase.

In the case of exchange or return, the goods must be in their original condition with their packing box and product identification card. In the event of tampering with the product and causing any damage or modification to it, the right to exchange or return shall be forfeited, and the decision shall be final and binding upon the company.

Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Travel bags can only be exchanged within three days of purchase.
