Which areas do you ship to?
Currently, shipping is available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long does it take to prepare and ship the order?
Processing time: One business day after order confirmation.
Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the city or region.
Are there any shipping fees?
Shipping is free for orders over 800 SAR.
A shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders under 800 SAR.
No shipping fees apply when choosing "Store Pickup."
Can I pick up my order from one of your branches?
Yes, customers can choose to pick up their order from one of SAGA’s branches (Aziz Mall, Al-Andalus Mall, Red Sea Mall in Jeddah – Granada Mall in Riyadh). The customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped. If you choose store pickup, no tracking number will be provided.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The shipping company will attempt to contact the customer 3 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts:
* The order will be returned to SAGA’s warehouse.
* For reshipping requests, an additional fee of 25 SAR will be charged.
* For cancellations, 25 SAR will be deducted from the refunded amount.
