Exchange and return policy
When purchased from the Saga website
1. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuing bank.
2. 15 days to return, customer must apply for return within 15 days.
3. All returns must be in good condition with original tag
In the event that the product is returned, the free products and gifts that the customer received during the purchase must be returned.
4. In case of discounts, exchanges are only made within 15 days of delivery.
5.Door to door delivery and return/exchange services are available.
6. Return shipping cost will be paid directly by SAGA.
Cases in which product returns are accepted:
• The wrong product was sent by the merchant. • The product is defective. • Product damage during shipment. • The product has been tampered with.
In the event of purchase from one of our branches
Goods sold can be returned within one day and replaced within 3 days from the date of purchase printed on the invoice.
Provided that the following is available:
You must bring the original invoice for the purchase.
In the event of exchange or return, the goods must be in their original condition with its packing box and product identification card, and in the event of tampering with the product and causing any damage to it or modifying it, the right to exchange or return shall be forfeited, and the decision shall be up to the company, final and binding.
In the event that the product is returned, the free products and gifts that the customer received during the purchase must be returned.
Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Travel bags can only be exchanged within three days of purchase.
During the period of discounts and special offers, exchange is allowed within only three days from the date of purchase
Security:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include any damage resulting from misuse such as transportation, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to high temperature, solvents, acids, water, toxic and harmful gases, and transportation damages by airlines (in this case, compensation is returned to the airline)
The guarantee of travel bags includes movable hands and wheels only for 5 years from the date of purchase and the decision of the company to repair the damaged piece or part or to replace the product with the same model or another model in the event that the same product is not available.
